The plant is equipped to fabricate large mechanical parts: we can turn diameters up to 1100 mm., and mill pieces up to 4 meters in length. Here are the capacity figures:
Measurements inspections are performed either traditionally over dedicated benches or with robotic arm-mounted laser measurement devices. Our metrological department contains a new measuring machines Zeiss / DEA work range 2000 x 1300 x 1000. We can deliver finished products with our own fleet for loads up to 5 tonnes. The production equipment is managed via the company’s central computer network. The machines are programmed using numeric control software.
